Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be canceled.
Please contact customer service to request address or product changes before your order is shipped to avoid inconvenience.
Refunds are only issued in the form of store credit or vouchers.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, please visit this link and follow the instructions:

Conditions for exchanges:
You can request an exchange within 30 days of completing your order.
Exchanges are accepted for incorrect, missing, or damaged items.
A 10% exchange fee will be charged if you keep the original item.
Exchanges for more than 3 items will not be processed.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are only issued as store credit.
Follow the online instructions to start the refund process and make sure you have your order number and purchase email at hand.
