Get a full refund if your order doesn’t arrive as described, including loss or damage in transit.

• Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
• Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
• Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
• Worry-Free Delivery also includes carbon offsets for carbon emissions produced within the recipient’s destination country.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days, depending on demand.

The returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging and labels.

Returns must be reported within 30 days of receiving the order via our contact form.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless it concerns a defective or incorrect item.

For returns of items purchased during a sale, exchanges can only be made for another item of equal value; cash refunds are not possible, unless premium shipping was chosen, in which case a cash refund is available.
